We strive to give our tenants the best possible service available. Through this website prospective tenants can check out our Tenant Handbook and be provided with a copy of the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act.
Application Criteria:
We process applications for our homes on a "First come, First Serve" basis. To apply, click on the property you are interested in, pay the $50.00 application fee (per person on the lease) and fill out the Rental Application completely on line before submitting to our office. Please fill out a separate one for each applicant on the lease. Click here to see our available homes.
This fee is non-refundable. We will process your application within 24 to 48 hours.
